Immersive Experiential Vehicle + Times Square Launch Event

CHALLENGE: RoninXM helped plan, create, and produce a robust experiential marketing program for the client to operate in-house. The goal was to design a self-contained, immersive video experience promoting New Jersey Tourism that the client would easily manage and operate.
SOLUTION: We designed and oversaw the fabrication of a self-contained 360° video room inside a mobile marketing truck, featuring a video wall and infinity mirror system on the walls and ceiling. This allowed participants to physically step inside the vehicle to virtually explore New Jersey travel destinations. The vehicle also had external monitors, an audio system, and a photo booth to increase engagement. The program launched with a high-profile event we planned in Times Square, followed by a regional event tour & generating significant paid and earned media coverage.
